Enterprise licensing
Messy is licensed under the Elastic License 2.0, so you never need our permission to run it for your own business. What you may need is the paperwork around it: a commercial agreement, a signed DPA, security review support, and someone contractually on the hook.
Implementation support
We help you deploy it, migrate off your current provider, wire up SES, Twilio or the WhatsApp Cloud API, and move your templates across. Priced per engagement, not per seat.
Customisations
A channel we don't support, an integration with your internal systems, a workflow that only makes sense for your business. We build it, and you decide whether it stays yours or goes upstream.
